Balloon-transfer FAQ

What time will you pick me up?

Around 4:00 AM, adjusted to your flight time. Hot-air-balloon operators near Marrakech launch at first light, so an early start from Agafay is needed — tell us your flight time and we set the exact pickup.

Where is the balloon launch site?

At Berhmoune, in the countryside outside Marrakech. Coming from the Agafay desert it is roughly a one-hour drive on quiet pre-dawn roads; we build in a comfortable margin.

Is the balloon flight included?

No — this is a transfer only. You book the flight with your balloon operator — for example Marrakech Hot Air Balloon Ride — and we make sure you reach the launch site on time. The price is €100 per vehicle, one way.

Can you bring me back after the flight?

Yes — the return (balloon base → your Agafay camp, your Marrakech hotel or the airport) is also €100 per vehicle, so a round trip is €200. Just tell us when you book.
