The surface changes once you get close. The last approach to Canyon Lodge runs along an unpaved piste, loose underfoot, with the dips and rises you find along the canyon edge. Where we pick you up

Menara Airport

Flying in? Send your flight number and we'll track it. Your driver stands in the arrivals area holding a name sign, so you'll spot him the moment you're through the terminal. Early flight, late flight, doesn't matter. We adjust, and you don't pay for waiting time you didn't cause.

Riads and the medina

Plenty of riads sit deep in the medina, where cars simply can't reach the front door. We collect you from the nearest spot a car can reach, and your driver will sort the exact meeting point with you or your riad host beforehand. Give us the riad name when you book and we plan it all in advance.

Anywhere in Marrakech city

Staying in Gueliz, Hivernage, the Palmeraie, or anywhere else around town? We collect you straight from your hotel. Share the address and a contact number, and your driver shows up at the agreed time, ready to head out to Canyon Lodge.

Why not just take a street taxi or a ride-hailing app?

A grand taxi might say yes, but you'll haggle over the price on the spot, the car may be wrong for the desert track, and the driver may have no idea how to reach the lodge. You can end up bargaining at the roadside, or getting close but never quite arriving.

Ride-hailing apps are made for trips inside the city. Coverage drops off fast once you leave Marrakech. A driver who accepts might cancel the second he sees how far out the camp is, or refuse the unpaved final stretch. And for the return leg? Arriving at Canyon Lodge

A lot of guests aim to arrive in the late afternoon, reaching the canyon as the light goes soft toward sunset. If that's the plan, say so. We'll set your pickup time so you roll in with the evening ahead of you instead of chasing daylight on the piste.

Your driver takes you the whole way and drops you right at reception. No dragging your bags across rough ground, no awkward final scramble. A clean door-to-door finish, exactly as it should be.
