How it works

When you book, we ask for your flight number, your arrival date and time, and the name of your Agafay camp. We follow the flight from then on, so an early landing or a late one is no problem. Your driver shows up when you actually walk out, not when the timetable said you would.

You will be met inside the arrivals hall, name sign in hand, once you have cleared passport control and grabbed your luggage. The spot is the public greeting area just past customs, where the drivers and tour reps wait. No parking zone to hunt down, no phone call to make first.

From there you go straight to camp. The car is yours, so there are no extra stops unless you want one, and nobody else to wait for or share the back seat with.

Should your flight slip by hours or get diverted, we keep watching and move the pickup with no penalty. And before you even fly, we confirm the plan over WhatsApp so you know who you are looking for and where to stand.

Fixed price and what is included

You get one price per vehicle, in writing, before the day of travel. Here is how it breaks down:

• €80 to most Agafay camps, one-way or a same-day round trip.
• €100 to the two farthest camps, Nkhila Lodge and Stellar.
• €140 for a round trip on separate days. Arrive one day, head back another.
• Price is per vehicle, not per person. Same fare whether one of you travels or several.
• Private and door-to-door, from the arrivals hall right to the camp entrance.
• Luggage is included. Just flag any oversized items so we send the right car.
• A licensed driver who knows the way to your specific camp.
• The fare is confirmed before you travel, with no airport surcharge sprung on you later.

Since the price covers the car and not the seat, a group splitting a minivan ends up paying very little each. No meter ticking, no late-night premium to argue about at the curb.

How long does it take?

Figure up to about an hour from the airport to most camps, give or take depending on the camp and Marrakech traffic. The drive comes in two halves: paved road out of the city and toward the edge of the desert, then the final run in.

That last stretch to most camps is an unpaved piste, a graded dirt track rather than tarmac. Normal, short, and our drivers do it every single day. The car eases off the pace here, which is where those few extra minutes at the end come from.

Arriving late or after dark? The piste is still fine in the right vehicle. We match the car to the camp and the conditions, so the final minutes feel smooth instead of tense. Early flights usually mean lighter traffic on the way out of the airport, so a morning arrival can move a touch quicker.

Choosing the right vehicle

We pick the car around your group size and your luggage. Tell us how many of you there are and how many bags you are bringing, and we will point you to the right one.

• Sedan. Best for one or two travelers with normal bags. Comfortable and easy on the budget.
• Minivan. For small groups, families, or anyone hauling several suitcases who wants room to breathe.
• 4x4. The confident pick when you want extra clearance for the piste, especially to the farther camps or after rain.
• Coach. For large groups moving together. Across our fleet we handle up to around 500 passengers a day.

Why book a private transfer instead of a street taxi or app

Street taxis at the airport rarely want a run out to a desert camp, and the ones that do quote you a price cold at the curb, right when you are tired and least like haggling. Plenty of them refuse the unpaved approach altogether, which can leave you standing in the dark short of the camp.

Ride-hailing apps are not much better out here. Coverage toward Agafay is thin, drivers tend to cancel the moment they see where you are headed, and the fare can surge or simply not stretch to the piste. You also lose the flight tracking and the name sign waiting for you.
